- Treat a concise greeting as navigation—not a research request.

Work with private files
Upload PDF, DOCX, PPTX, or TXT files up to 100 MB.
- Use documents you have permission to process.
- Open the Library to confirm processing status.
- Name files clearly so citations remain understandable.

Read and export an answer
Open sources before relying on a material claim.
- Review confidence, disagreement, and limitations.
- Create an artifact only after completing a research run.
- Choose Word for editing, PowerPoint for presenting, or PDF for fixed sharing.

Accounts, usage, and billing
Guests receive three successful questions each week; free accounts receive ten completed trial questions.
- Failed or safety-blocked provider calls do not consume completed-question limits.
- Password recovery and optional authenticator-app 2FA are available from sign-in and Settings.
- Billing, data export, deletion, and extra usage controls live in Settings and Usage.
