Accounts and permitted use
You are responsible for your account and the work performed through it.
Provide accurate account information and protect access credentials.
Do not misuse the service, compromise systems, or facilitate harm.
Do not upload unlawful material or content you lack permission to process.

Research output
Generated synthesis can be incomplete, stale, or wrong.
Verify sources before making consequential decisions.
You are responsible for rights, attribution, and the use of exported artifacts.
Eureka does not guarantee that every relevant source was retrieved.

Subscriptions and usage
Insight billing is independent from every other Eureka product.
Standard is $20/month. Pro is $100/month with six times Standard’s monthly usage. Both renew automatically until cancelled.
Each $5 usage pack adds about 28% of Standard’s monthly allowance or 4.7% of Pro’s, for the current paid billing period.
Unused monthly allowance and top-ups expire on your monthly billing date and do not carry forward.
Usage reflects reported provider activity and processing estimates. It is not cash or stored value.
An introductory discount applies to one monthly invoice only. Subscription offers require a card and renew at the agreed regular price. No-card gift months expire without an automatic charge.

The service may change as security, law, providers, and product needs evolve.
Access may be limited for abuse, nonpayment, or security risk.
Service availability and model output are not guaranteed.
Final refund, cancellation, dispute, governing-law, and contact provisions must be completed before launch.
